Practical articles and evidence
Articles should answer a clear question, explain a concrete task, provide checks a reader can perform, and link to original documentation for product-specific instructions. Comparisons explain their criteria. Sample inputs are distinguished from observed results.
Research and drafting tools, including AI assistance, may help prepare content. Source-based instructions are not presented as firsthand testing. A product-test claim needs an actual test record. We do not invent measurements, customer stories, qualifications, or endorsements. An owner review label appears only after that review is marked in the admin panel.
Directory entries and access labels
The directory combines editorial starting points with URLs indexed from community collections. The count represents distinct URLs, not individual security audits or unlimited free products. Free, Free plan, Open source, and Check terms describe different access situations. The provider’s license, service terms, and documentation remain the reference.
Community entries require further review. A longer generic description alone does not make a listing a tested recommendation. We welcome corrections to labels, broken links, attribution, and descriptions.
Original artwork and provider previews
Original resource illustrations help distinguish listings and explain their topics. They do not represent a provider’s actual interface or measured performance. Screenshots and project previews are credited separately. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation.
Commercial influence
This version has no advertising scripts or affiliate tracking links. If commercial arrangements are introduced, they must be disclosed clearly and distinguished from ordinary content. Payment cannot purchase a claim that a product is tested, safe, free, or the best. See our advertising disclosures.
Corrections, updates, and removals
Use the contact page to send the page URL, issue, and supporting evidence. We may correct, update, unpublish, or remove content. Meaningful article updates receive a changed modification date. Entries may be held for review when purpose, provenance, or suitability is unclear.
